Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change.
At Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans, we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your spot and keep our schedule running smoothly.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of
50% of the service price will apply. This fee will be charged with card on file.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service price with card on file. Future appointments will require prepayment.
Late Arrivals: Your provider reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time. Service price will be charged in full.
