1. Services Provided
Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans offers spray tanning services, an oxygen bar, and wellness products. All services are designed to provide an enjoyable, quality experience with professional-grade products and equipment.
2. Appointment Policy
Booking: Appointments are required for all services. Please book in advance to secure your preferred time.
Arrival: We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure the following client’s service begins on time.
Age Requirement: Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent for tanning services. The oxygen bar is available for clients aged 18 and older.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Shows: Clients who miss appointments without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
4. Refund Policy
All sales of services and products are final. No refunds will be given for completed services. However, if you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address it.
5. Health and Safety
Client Responsibility: Clients are required to inform Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans of any known allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
Waiver: By booking a service, clients acknowledge that they are aware of and understand the potential risks involved with spray tanning and oxygen therapy and waive any liability on the part of Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans.
Hygiene: For the safety of all clients and staff, we maintain high hygiene standards and ask that clients do the same. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Pricing and Promotions
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing can be found on our website and at our location.
Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, and all promotions are subject to expiration dates as indicated.

Assumption of Risk: Clients assume full responsibility for their choice of service and agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans.

Return and Refund Policy for Retail Products
At Gleaux Tropics Spray Tans, we are committed to providing quality products that complement our services. Please review our return and refund policy for retail items below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned to our store location in person.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be accepted for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
All skincare and tanning products that have been opened.
Oxygen bar accessories and any personalized items.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
4. Process for Returns
In-Store Return: Bring your item and proof of purchase to our location within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return.
Evaluation: Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
5. Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and make a separate purchase for your desired product.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will happily provide a replacement or refund for items that are confirmed to be faulty.
8. Sale and Discounted Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are found to be defective.
